This privacy policy explains how Pharmacy Regulatory Advisors, LLC dba Dr. C’s Review Guides (“Dr. C’s”) uses, shares and protects personal information that we collect, including on mpjereviews.com, floridapharmacylaw.com, txpharmacylaw.com, and mpjecourses.podia.com (collectively ‘Sites”). By visiting one of our Sites or purchasing our products or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.
EU Residents: The Site is primarily intended for U.S. residents. If you purchase a product or service on the Site you have additional privacy rights. These rights are additional to those described in this Privacy Policy.
California Residents: If you are a resident of the State of California you have additional privacy rights.
Information We Collect: Personal Data is any information about an individual from which that individual can be identified. Your name, address, phone number and email address are examples of personal data. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We collect Personal Data from you in various ways, including when you visit the Site(s), purchase a product or service and when you send us feedback.
We may also collect payment information such as credit card and debit card numbers when you purchase certain products. You may also need to provide a username and password to login to certain parts of our Sites or to purchase specific products.

These third parties are not authorized by us to use your Personal Data except in connection with providing services to us. Dr. C’s may disclose anonymous data to third parties. We may also share your information with third parties that you have specifically designated as authorized to receive information from us.
If payment for your product or service was made by a third party, we may provide that third party with access to your Personal Data and other data.
If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services.
Transfer of Data Outside of Your Home Country: Your Personal Data will be held in the United States. You consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside your country, including to the United States.
Security and Information Retention: Dr. C’s employs security measures to protect your information both online and offline from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
Changes to this Privacy Policy: We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you check our Site(s) from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Privacy Policy or any of our other policies.
